Answering The Call

The two most important things we learned 25 years ago today are, 1), the level and degree of evil that lurks in the hearts of weak and cowardly people, and, 2), the greatness of strength, power, resiliency, spirit, and humanity in the hearts and souls of us proud and powerful Americans!

My mother volunteered to assist and support the hundreds of rescue workers for over three months, as recounted in part by her in Answering The Call, one of the earlier 9/11 docs and narrated by Kathleen Turner.
