Reclaim Your Day

Participants were randomly chosen to participate in one of the two video-based courses: 

  • RECLAIM YOUR DAY– Peer Stories, which features videos of real people discussing how they live a full life with chronic pain.

  • RECLAIM YOUR DAY– Healthy Living, which includes videos about key health topics for people living with chronic pain.

I volunteered and was selected to share, in a video interview, how I live with chronic pain.

These clips from that interview will be used to show others with chronic pain how they can still look forward to having full, exciting lives.

Researchers at Butler Hospital and Brown University compared two video-based courses to help older adults live fuller lives with chronic musculoskeletal pain (pain in your muscles, bones, tendons, ligaments, or joints), in a project called RECLAIM YOUR DAY.
